‘엄마가 만들어 주는 집반찬’은 북하가 추구하는 모토입니다. 따라서 각 재료의 정량을 계량하여 소량씩 직접 손으로 제조하는 자연주의 공법을 채택하였습니다. 그렇기에 사람 손이 닿지 않는 기계 사이에 오염물이 낀 채로 생산을 이어가는 여타 다른 제품과는 차별성을 가지고 있습니다. 북하는 깨끗한 작업장에서 위생수칙을 철저히 지키며 안전한 먹거리를 만들고 있습니다.
국제 인증으로 증명하는 제조의 안전성
북하의 모든 제품은 식품안전경영시스템 인증인 ISO 22000과 FSSC 22000을 준수하여 제조합니다.
ISO 22000과 FSSC 22000란 원재료, 제조, 가공, 보존, 유통 등 식품이 생산되어 소비자에게 전달되기까지의 모든 과정 중 문제가 발생할 수 있는 요소들을 관리하는 국제표준규격입니다. 이는 전세계 기업이 지정된 규정 안에서 동일하게 작업함을 공적으로 증명하는 인증서로, 표준사항을 준수해서 제조해야만 승인받을 수 있습니다. 나아가 고객에게 더 신뢰가는 제품을 선사하기 위하여 HACCP(식품안전관리인증기준) 인증을 받기위한 절차를 밟고 있습니다.
